
Training for climbing isn’t just for the pros or elite climbers. It can be helpful at any level.
What is it?
This is a small group class (10 participants max) that will meet 4 consecutive weeks, instructed by Andreas Slette. Andreas has been climbing for over a decade and has been head coach for Team Scrapyard since the beginning. He is particularly interested in helping people to enjoy climbing with thoughtfulness and playfulness and without focusing so much on grades.
Who is it for?
For folks who have been climbing for a few months and are interested in learning how to build intentionality into their climbing sessions. Andreas will take participants through a variety of climbing sessions, demonstrating how our training looks different depending on what our desired outcomes are. Building skill, strength, and confidence on the wall isn’t just about climbing more or doing strength training.
